Experiments

Experiments and early building blocks for an agent OS. Some became components of ShappyOS. Others helped me decide what to keep, change or stop.

From experiments to ShappyOS

From March to September 2026, I built many vibecoded products: ideas I turned into working software quickly with AI. I tried different tools, workflows and interfaces. Some became useful products. Others were early components or experiments.

Their components and lessons later shaped ShappyOS, an agent orchestrator and shared workspace for people and agents. Building and trying different things helped me discover what the larger product should become.

Each project shows its status and what it contributed or helped me learn.

Next, it becomes the Brand component of a ShappyOS workspace: a company tunes how its own assets look and speak.Live81 commitsSchnapShotSept 2026Uses the Codex app-server from a native Mac app, with the user’s own Codex account.Open source5 commitsStuntFactorSept 2026Attention matters. At Lit I added Google, Discord and passkey sign-in for PKPs.
